Summary

Grid is a mystery tracking thriller depicting the story of people chasing after an unknown ghost who disappeared after creating a shield grid that saved mankind from the solar wind and reappeared as an accomplice to the killer after 24 years. The first K-genre that Disney Plus will confidently introduce in 2022 is ‘Grid’, which is receiving a lot of attention.

The first poster features Kim Sae-ha (Seo Kang-joon), Jeong Sae-byeok (Kim Ah-joong), Song Ein (Kim Mu-yeol), Kim Manok (Kim Seong-gyun), and an unknown ghost (Lee Si-young), who stand at the center of the mystery.

First of all, Kim Sae-ha is a persistent pursuer who joins Grid’s Korea Bureau of Management with one goal of finding only ghosts. On the other hand, Jeong Sae-byeok is a homicide detective who witnesses a ghost at the scene of an incident and then deduces the case.

Management Bureau staff Song Eo-Jin denied the existence of the ghost, but one day, when he catches an official report about him, he becomes embroiled in a huge mystery.

Kim Ma-nok is a mysterious murderer who is protected by a ghost. As such, it stimulates the curiosity of whether the people who have pursued the ghost “which disappeared and reappeared like air 24 years ago” for different purposes will uncover the truth they want or fall into a bigger mystery. Then, the unknown existence, the reality of the ghost, is the core of the ‘grid’ mystery.

The poster copy, “Planned murder, a changed future, must be found” is a more meaningful passage. The huge mystery of why the ghost, who was the savior of mankind 24 years ago, became the destroyer protecting the cruel killer, the great mystery designed by Lee Soo-yeon begins here.
