Summary
Heart Surgeons is a drama that tells the story of desperate thoracic surgeons who are in a dilemma where their mission as a doctor and their personal story collide.
Ko Soo, who returned to the small screen after two years, plays the role of thoracic surgeon Park Tae-soo, who has only been a fellow for four years, and shows a desperate performance to save his mother who has to undergo a heart transplant. He took on his first doctor role after his debut.
Uhm Ki-joon takes on the role of Professor Choi Seok-han of Thoracic Surgery. In the drama, he has his best skills, but he is not treated properly because he is from a local university.
Seo Ji-hye plays the role of Yoon Su-yeon, an assistant professor of thoracic surgery, who creates a dilemma situation in the drama, and will inject tension into the drama.
