Sweet Home is based on a popular thriller webtoon, the drama is about humans who become monsters while in an isolated space.
Song Kang is set to play Cha Hyun Soo, a high school student who loses his family and experiences terrifying situations when he moves away to a different apartment. Lee Jin Wook will play the mysterious Pyeon Sang Wook, while Lee Si Young will play the tough Seo Yi Kyung, who is a new character that does not exist in the webtoon. Lee Do Hyun has taken on the role of Lee Eun Hyuk.
